Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Collabrains (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the MomoSI iPhone application and the website at momoai.tech (together, the “Service”).
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to users of the MomoSI app and visitors to our website. By using the Service you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use MomoSI, we may process:
- Media you provide. Photos, videos, and text prompts you choose to upload or enter for a generation.
- Account information. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and, if you share it, an email address. We store a server-side account and credit balance tied to that identifier.
- Purchases. Subscription and in-app purchase status are handled by Apple. We may receive product identifiers and entitlement signals needed to unlock Pro features or credits. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Device & usage analytics. A random install identifier, app version, locale/region, approximate country, and product events (for example app opens, generations started, purchases reported by the app) so we can operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Technical logs. Request timestamps, status codes, and error messages needed to run and debug our API.
- Website data. Standard server logs when you visit momoai.tech (for example IP address, user agent). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site.
3. Photo library & notifications
MomoSI requests access to your photo library only so you can pick media to transform and optionally save results. Access is controlled by iOS permissions. If you allow notifications, the app may show a local alert when a long-running generation finishes.
4. How we use information
- To generate the images or videos you request and deliver them in the app.
- To authenticate you, maintain your credit balance, and enforce fair-use limits.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchases through Apple.
- To understand product usage (for example popular templates) and improve reliability.
- To prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with law.
- To respond to support requests you send to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal photos or videos to train public foundation models.
5. AI generation providers
To create results, media and prompts are sent over HTTPS to our servers and then to generation providers we configure (for example Replicate and/or Higgsfield) under our account. Those providers process content to run the model you selected. Retention on provider systems follows their policies and our job configuration. Do not upload content you are not allowed to process.
6. Storage
- On your device: Finished creations and some preferences may be stored locally (including the photo library if you save there).
- On our servers: Account records, credit balances, short-lived upload/job data needed for generation, and analytics events used for operations.
We retain server data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or for security investigations.
7. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers that power generation, hosting, and infrastructure, under our instructions.
- Apple, for Sign in with Apple and App Store billing.
- Authorities when required by valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.
8. Your choices
- You can revoke photo or notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can delete local creations inside the app.
- You can sign out, and you can delete your MomoSI account from Profile (this removes your server account and credit balance associated with Sign in with Apple).
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
9. Children
MomoSI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.
10. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than yours, including where our servers or providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a current iOS version and protect your Apple ID.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and the current version will be posted at https://momoai.tech/privacy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
